Hand Deliveries: Orders must be received before 5:00 pm for next day. Hand deliveries include the following zipcodes: 21030, 21031, 21043, 21045, 21061, 21076, 21090, 21093, 21117, 21133, 21201, 21202, 21204, 21207, 21208, 21209, 21210, 21215, 21230, 21240, 21227, 21228, 21231. Other zipcodes will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Hand delivery is available to St. Agnes Hospital, Kernan Hospital, Northwest Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, GBMC, Sinai, Howard County Hospital and most hospitals in the downtown Baltimore area.

UMBC campus delivery is free. A contact number is needed as deliveries may not be left at dorm front desks

Shipping: Shipping regionally and nationwide is through USPS, FedEx and UPS but please note that UPS and FedEx do not pick up or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays.
Shipping is not recommended to hospitals as the gift may sit for days in the mailroom.

Delivery/Shipping will be adjusted to "actual shipping cost" when you order more than one gift delivered/shipped together to one address and will be noted on receipt. Multiple gifts sent to different addresses will be charged accordingly.

Please confirm shipping address prior to placing an order. Incorrect addresses may result in a delivery delay along with additional shipping charges that will be charged to your credit card.Should an order be returned for an incorrect address and you cancel the order, you will still be responsible for any charges incurred plus an additional $10 restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Including recipient's phone number is encouraged to avoid this possibility.
